The client asked us to design a loft conversion for them, which we liaised with the architect, structural engineer and local building control and produced a successful completed job where the client was overwhelmed with the end project.

Design and build loft conversation.
Consisted of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 snug area.
This was a complicated old structure loft conversation.
TJD project managed the design and build.
The architect and structural engineers brief was to come up with the maximum space possible.
There was some main structural steel supports put in place.
The roof was striped and replaced using old and new tiles.
Staircase was hand built by SMP staircases.
