Phase I of the project was to rebuild and refurbish an old farm cottage into a modern, 4 bedroom house. This comprised:

To partly demolish old farm cottage leaving up 3 external walls.
To construct a new 2 storey extension out of masonry cavity walling with a hand cut roof structure, with a sandtoft clay plain tile to roof coverings.
To build a new fireplace and chimney.
House comprising of 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 main bathroom, Goddards fitted kitchen, hand made softwood stairs, Jeldwin windows and doors.
Stone flooring to hallway and external patio and driveway works.

Phase II of the project was to work on the garage / annex. This involved:

Newbuild of masonry structure with attic trusses for the roof structure.
Sandtoft hand made soft tiles for the roof coverings.
Single garage with ground floor ensuite, store room, internal oak staircase handmade by SMP Staircases with a studio room with oak screens handmade by NE Joinery.
Extended and reinforced foundations due to trees.
