Hills Road
This project involved alteration to the kitchen, building a new orangery and a utility/wc room.
The project was programmed to take 24 weeks and was completed on time.
The project included extensive structural works to open up the kitchen with underfloor heating placed under fired earth tiled flooring.The roof was a hand cut roof structure with Viladeray roof slate. The brickwork was built with all handmade reclaimed bricks, with natural York stone used for the external paving. The finished orangery was hand built by NE Joinery.
