Little Chesterford
This project was completed in three phases.
The first phase involved building a second storey extension above the kitchen.
This comprised creating 1 new bedroom, 1 ensuite, 1 dressing room and a refit of the bathroom.
It was completed with handmade brick cavity construction with handmade windows from NE Joinery.
The roof structure was also hand cut.
The family lived in the property while the contact was being undertaken.The second phase involved a second storey extension consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 ensuite on the first floor and a large living room on the ground floor. The project also involved the build of a double garage and hard landscaping. The project comprised handmade cavity walling and a trussed roof structure with Villaderay slate roofing. The windows and doors were handmade by NE Joinery.
The third phase involved the building of an orangery, built by NE Joinery and a kitchen that was installed by Goddard's.
