This project involved building a single storey extension with loft conversion. The project was programmed to take 30 weeks and was completed on time. The project included:

Masonry wall construction with hand cut structural timber roof, roof covering in glazed clay tile with dormers roof in lead work.
Window metal frames.
External oak door handmade by NE Joinery.
We installed a new fibreglass fitted cellar under study.
Refurbish two bedrooms, added third bedroom, utility room and enlarged living room, fitted 2 ensuites, one downstairs shower room and one family bathroom.
Hard landscaping and driveway.

The client and their young family lived in the property during this contract.
