This project involved the build of a single storey extension.
The project was programmed to take 26 weeks and was completed on time.
The project included:
- The build was to strip foundations with hand made masonry cavity walls.
- Handmade brick arches and stone cills.
- A structural steel and timber roof with slate coverings and sanifil hidden gutters.
- Windows and doors all hand made double glazed units by Lawrence Smith Joinery.
- Fitted kitchen by Goddard's.
- Electric under floor heating, under ceramic floor tiles.
- Hard landscape patio area from natural Bannold slates with extensive driveway and drainage works include water harvester also front walling and railing.
