This service is where TJD would manage your project for you. Giving you the customer, advice on all of the options that are available for your work. Keeping you up to date on all costing and program throughout the contract.

A program is given on every project to monitor our progress and to help organise trades and materials.

Planning ahead will be key to a smooth completion of your project.

An example of this service was for a client at Lylse Road, Cottenham. The extension was built over a period of sixteen weeks, we then organised a set timescale with the client for the knock through of the project to take place and the refurbishment of the key rooms. While the client was away for two weeks, we knocked through upstairs and downstairs, replaced the staircase, ripped out the old bathroom and finished the new bathroom and en-suite. Within the two weeks we also ripped out the existing kitchen and fit new larger kitchen, altered walling with major structural beams and installed new heating system.

With the project management we can make sure that if and when we need to disrupt you, this is done so quickly and efficiently.
